Well obviously, but they dropped the fucking ball and that blood is on their hands, too. They had plenty of time and opportunity to get that campus locked down...and considering they didn't know who or where that selfish prick was, you'd think they'd have considered taking some precautions. They didn't even fucking cancel classes. The majority of those kids were killed on the other side of campus like 2 hours after he shot his ex-girlfriend and someone else.
Perhaps I'm missing something, but the people in charge could have prevented this from becoming a huge tragedy if they were such stupid rednecks with no fucking foresight.
