My only problem with this fest is bands who are playing before 5:00 or who are sharing members with bands who are playing before that time. It's near impossible to keep every band happy on a 30 band bill and I'm (we are) done trying. If you cant play the spot you're scheduled for... bye. Even though the schedule has been turbulent and a source of great source of stress it has finally come together and it looks great. This is our first time putting something like this together and it is anything but easy... I challenge anyone to try it. SBMF is going to be a successful, wild, booze soaked party if you want to be a critic and stay home thats your business but it only takes away from what going on here. |
