Goodluck understanding it. proteus: Borrowed equipment from a bunch of the bands. they were good once it got going and they finally decided on what song they were going to play. The sound guy didn't know what the vocals were going to do. When matt went from a gurgle to a yell for the first time it bursted forth. they sound here was sort of too clean for them. The atmosphric spots where too sparce. They sounded much better at the muddier rooms I've heard them in. But as for the main parts of their songs, it sounded awesome. bereavement: I can't prove this 100%, but I think that dan swano stole from them. It sounded just like opeth. It's funny cause when they started they were all doomy and I thought "they are a pretty bereavement band, even without the shroud of". The beginning songs sounded like the last CD (ghost whatever). but as the set went on, it was more like orchid. More blackmetaly. Some people managed to mosh a little bit. Sexcrement: it's been a wicked long time since I saw them. The kids in worcester loved them. Once they start into a slammy song, people start moving. That's just how it goes. It sounded the best over the system there.. Well.. Except for the MFR levels. Those were way too low and pussy. pillory: my first time seeing them with the new drummer and singer. Ademtime worked really well with them (even thoug he moves around more that pete). His vocals are quite different. They were more like psyopus. Some how the drummer was able to play the same songs, but without more cymbols than thaat time jesus led a 60 piecemarching band. All of the old times in the band were wearing hats. I have a feeling it was to cover their immegration status. |
