They got to the show during our set, so i wasnt tore up about them not watching us. The kids in the parking lot were just doing what theydo with their friends at a show. I'd be lying if i said i'd never done that before (FASSW last friday). And, not to play a show because hardcore/metalcore kids are there is just retarded and pretentious. Unless you're a band that transcends all extreme music, but there arent any bands like that in this thread. I personally like shows that have a mixture of bands that are a tad different in terms of the scene they come from, just as long as those scenes are respectable in their own right. Being a fan of metal and hardcore alike, i'll say this...just get a long, play/go to shows, and shut the hell up. |
