Speaking more broadly though (not about 13 Winters per se), I generally don't see the need to go overboard pissing on any local bands that are a) original and b). competent at and have a passion for metal. There are hundreds of shitty, trendy nu-metal bands hogging the local clubs that deserve to be pissed on. You'd think a place like this would support the 5% of bands that want to play metal and not mallcore, not target them. Unfortunately though, it seems that some people on this board hate just about anyone who isn't in the clique here (in some cases, regardless of whether they've heard the band or not). Anyone who disagrees is an idiot or simply doesn't exist. :whipper: So hurry, there's no time to think for yourself, just jump on the bandwagon and tell everyone how much band "x" sucks before someone singles you out!
