This show was fucking INSANE!! Aaron! How did I not see you?

DESPISED ICON- Don't care, wasn't there. This band sucks.

KRISIUN- DRRRRUUMMMMMMSSS!! I was happy to see Krisiun but when I got there Chris and I ran down to watch them. They were so SICK!! The drummer is a fucking machine. It's fun watching Chris get all excited over drummers, like a kid in a toy store. They were SO good, I can't get over it. I couldn't stop laughing once it occured to me that Alex sounds like StrongBad

BEHEMOTH- After the crushing disappointment of their newer material sounding like Nile (who I can't fucking stand), it was great to see them play some older stuff. I love their lights, they bring the lights with them on every tour. They did a great job.

I was pretty drunk by now so I was having a great time.

MORBID ANGEL- I would have paid 43 dollars for MA alone. I was in back for a couple songs before I ran down to the front to join DomesticTerror on the floor. THEY WERE AMAZING. So much so I completely overlooked Vincent's silly little PVC tank top. I went back up to get another beer and ran into more people. I'm really unhappy about the lack of Blessed Are The Sick songs, but I think I broke my neck when they played "Fall From Grace".

I can't move my neck between Friday at DeeDee's and Last night.

I think the highlight of the night for me was watching Jeremy OakKnoll smile and wave to John Dwyer, who promptly flipped him off.

Palladium sound was mediocre, as I expected it to be, but still this show was unreal.

DESPISED ICON - Definitely very cool to see them, as I dig 'The Healing Process' quite a bit. Their drummer was insanely nasty and his kit sounded awesome.

KRISIUN - My first time seeing them.... holy shit. They are very powerful performers and completely kicked my ass. Great choice of songs for the setlist too. Sooooo much respect to these guys; they are the real deal.

BEHEMOTH - They were definitely good and their image and stage presence is very impressive, but it seemed a little plastic to me. Especially coming after Krisiun, who were so raw and didn't need any makeup/skirts/helmets/weird metal poles. Still though, Behemoth destroyed and I'd love to see them again.

MORBID ANGEL - Even though I love 'Gateways...', I really didn't care that they didn't play anything past 'Domination.' The set was unbelievable. David Vincent is one of the best metal frontmen I've ever seen. Doing the claw and singing along to 'Bow to me faithfully...' was the most satisfying metal experience I've had in a long time haha.

Thank you a million times over to the Sexcrement guys for saving my stranded ass last night. I had a fun time hanging out with you guys after the show.

Okay, I was absolutely hammered last night. I am not fit to right a review. Allow me to clarify, we were there at 4:30, with 50 beers, a bottle of jager, 3 lbs steak tips and 16 hot dogs. watch it go. then the pot comes, yeah guy. then I upchucked some of bobby's whiskey on the way in. Caught Krisiun right as they were doing Bloodshed. I was pumped they played Vengeance Revelation. Adam and I were up front being those guys plowing everyone around. I helped fly the brazilian flag too. After that I don't remember all that much from the show, except spilling a bunch of people's beer from sheer excitement from Krisiun. Morbid Angel was awesome, I thought I was too drunk and forgot, but sure enough they played nothing after Domination. It was awesome. Thanks to Pam, Dana, Chris, and Roy for buying me beers, together we are legion. After the show I fell hard and bloodied up my leg sick. Anthony, did you guys finish the food back in framingham?? It was great seeing El Justin and Vesgore driving 3 + hours to this show, GOOD PARTY GUYS!!

p.s. Blue Moon = $3 a bottle at the Palladium

Rev, you're getting greedy - is it not enough that you've ruined hardcore? You've got to have metal TOO now? Ugh.

I ruined hardcore first cause metal was doing a good job of it itself. now that metal is doing well, I must refocus my efforts.

Morbid Angel: the set was long ans packed with older tracks. why are there so many good MA songs. Hell, they didn't even play a lot of my favorites (covenant I'm looking you way..though they played 4 songs from it, I wanted lion's den). morbidly dressed david vincent came out and had two lights pointed up at him. Honestly, I would have rathered trey and the guy from onstrosity have them instead, but whatever. As for live banter, it seems to me that vincent acts like he's still in the genitortures. The guy from monstrosity has been in the band for a long time now so he's awesome (thouh he fit right in front the start). I could never picture him playing monstrosity songs.. I think he'd get bored after running finger trials with trey. the drumming was again punishing for them. OK, when vincent stopped the show and talked to the bouncers and then called them everyone's friend, that ruled. he's trying to win my heart I think.

I went up to the balcony to catch the last few songs from their set. from back there, dave's vocals were much better. I really can wait to hear what he sounds like on CD. wonder what it's going to be called. they probably have most of it written by this point.

I went down to the floor for world of shit. good stuff.

Ryan_M said:me and my friend decided to skip the first band, and showed up at the palladium just in time to see the almighty KRISIUN rip shit up; these guys put on a really fuckin good show, absolutely crushing; i for one was very impressed.

next up was BEHEMOTH. i love thier stuff, but to me they weren't as good as krisiun, kinda sounded like shit, but put on a good performance overall, lots of energy on that stage.

finally the great MORBID ANGEL came on. they rocked the fuckin house with a beautiful onslaught of tunes from the good old days. awesome set, but i wish they'd played more songs from "blessed are the sick", that seems to be a sadly underrated album. beats the hell out of "altars..." in my opinion.

great fuckin show overall - krisiun and morbid angel left the biggest impression on me for the night; after the show me and my friend chatted with dan from shroud of bereavement and some other people that were far beyond intoxicated, which was quite amusing. i had a great time!

ha ha ha! yeah that was a blast men! and josh ha ha ha he was indeed fakin wasted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good to see yall!

yeah, i was fucking trashed. i drove to long island, manhattan and back to ma last week for 3 shows, did all the driving, and neglected heavy drinking. so i made a pledge to myself and my bandmates that would be fully intoxicated to my fullest state possible and i accomplished my objective. sorry if i was a dick. i know when i was talking to dan, i couldn't really stand up. hell i didn't realize i was bleeding for quite sometime later. cheers guys!

It's even funnier now because in order for you to consider him two faced, you'd have to think he was waving to be nice.
