But I don't want to close down any of the underground Providence spaces by booking for bands that have probably have promoters and the like who would post the address in the newspaper here. I don't normally book larger bands because I hate dealing with parasitical booking agents who say they understand than fuck you. It's happened before around here. What the hell would a legal venue be that isn't a bar or a club. I guess the obvious choice to me was a parking lot?!?!?! Does that give away that I grew up in the middle of nowhere in the 90's? I'd personally rather hang out in a secluded abandoned parking lot than Club Hell... errrr.... ????? this isn't also exactly a black metal show considering neither Thou nor WIWIC (formerly Master of Pussy) are BM |
