i had a blast at this show.....
pitted, raised the horns, headbanged, drank lots of beer, felt bad whenever i bumped into that psycho headbanger dude in the middle of the pit, but, i'm sure it did'nt bother him, because he kept right on going!
that guy was fucking cool
me and my buddy shawn were sumo wrestling in the pit too, hahaha
as far as the bands, anoxia always sounds to blurry and chaotic live... but still, i enjoyed,
internal suffering my first time seeing them live, and hopefully not the last! fucking BRUTAL
malignancy - i'm still pissed that they did'nt play "post-fetal depression", but other than that, they ruled as usual.
dehumanized - first of all, to all you fucks shittalking this band..... i truely hope that you choke on a load of your fathers cum you fuckwads!
dehumanized is a very brutal death metal band.....callin them metalcore, is like calling devourment metalcore you drooling fucking retards!
they ruled at AS220's earlier this year, and they ruled the palladium on saturday.....all who disagree are probably just dickless retards who finger their assholes and drool on their pet cat while listening to marilyn manson and korn, only to whip out their metal and grind c.d.'s when their buddies stop by

Well joe/notcommon had this strange review to give, I personally love criticism but when someone just goes off without making any sense it just makes me laff. " I can benchpress alot more than you , guy" ? where in our songs do you get that from? and we rented our sound from the Red Chord? If by any chance we did sound like them it was total coincidence sine noone in the band even listens to the Red Chord. but hey opinions are like assholes and your obviously an asshole.....lol.....if you didnt like it just say so dont go talking shit , i can take an honest review but you seem to have some vendetta against us or something. Hey if we sound metalcore than boo hoo for you but I honestly dont think we do and by the looks of the crowd I dont think we did that night either. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL YOU CRAZY MOTHERFUCKERS FOR AN AWESOME TIME AT THE PALLADIUM and to JOE/NOTCOMMON's dismay we were asked to come back and play again on a bigger bill.......so here's to pissing on your parade.

I don't understand why Joe is labeling them metalcore either. Are they metalcore because none of them have long hair? Is it because they don't all wear black? Anyways, don't worry about it guys, he's just one guy out of probably 3 who think the same way. So it's almost not even worth defending yourself.
We've been told we had 'Football Riffs' so I guess that means we all like football, NOT. Some people are just not cut out for reviewing music even if they think they know it all.

So I started getting seriously sick Friday night. The glands on each side of my throat were swollen like golf balls and it was hard for me to swallow food and drinks. My neck also began to hurt, this worried the hell out of me because of playing this show because I couldn't cancel it. Some people probably would put their health 1st but I decided to give it a shot even if I couldn't move around.
The freakin show started 1 hour before I and most people thought it was going to. That had me worried especially knowing people traveling long distances would miss us, and they did. gay. I'm in a way glad it started earlier because I wanted to stay for the entire show and would rather not have to suffer until 2am.
DWW: Keenan was so fucking drunk it was hillarious. This was probably the best I've heard of them out of all the shows we've played together.
US: I thought we played pretty tight, the sound wasn't the best but it was do-able. The vocals were way loud on stage and I could hardly hear the drums. Originally I wasn't going to move at all but as soon as a we started I was like fuuuuuuck this and just started thrashing around, I knew I would pay for it later though, haha. It was weird playing a stage I've seen so many good bands on that it's ridiculous. I can't believe I managed to play this show. I seriously almost went to the emergency room sunday because it was so bad. Instead I got my doc to call me in a perscription.
Teratism: I missed most of the beginning trying to recover my breath outside at my car. I caught the end and it sounded awesome. They rule.
Anoxia: A bit hard to hear what was going on for some reason, the sound was just too bassy for most of the bands I guess. I still dug it though.
Internal Sufferring: Came out and kicked some ass. Makoto needs to put his asian hair to good use.
Malignancy: I got a couple video clips of mike showing off err I mean warming up. hahah. They sounded sick onstage and in front of the stage.
Dehumanized: Finally got to see Mike in action on stage instead of seeing him playing with himself in his bedroom myspace pics =) They rocked pretty hard and it's apparent they have their material down tight. Esepcially since it's all older material that I know of? Definetly a band I'd like to play out more with. They all seemed like good dudes and let us have a bunch of their waters.
Just when I thought Kailyn and I could go home and rest.... My little bro's friend and his friends come up to me and tell me their car got towed. I let them use my phone and the place said it would cost them $110 to get the car, none of them had that kind of cash. I wasn't going back to maine, and I had my car packed full of stuff. The only option I could think of was for them to talk to the cop at the palladium. I guess they waited at the police station till 5am until their dad came and they almost died falling asleep driving on the way home. shitty.
Awesome show, I hope this leads to more.

Internal Suffering I didn't pay much attention too because the Palladium staff are a bunch of nazis. At this point in the show I wish I had not gone.
Malignancy also played good but sounded bad because the Palladium hires blind and deaf people to do sound. Or maybe it's just the room? I don't know. I cannot understand why people love that dump so much.
Dehumanized has always been one of my least favorite death metal bands, they opened with an old song called 'I can benchpress a real fucking lot, guy'. After a couple of old songs, they went into their new song 'Taking off my shirt gets all the metalcore wimps to shuffle around like the faggots they are'. Needless to say, all the metalcore wimps actually did start shuffling around like the faggots they are. They went into another new song called 'We are now NY's answer to Shadows Fall' and then 'We rented this sound from the Red Chord'. After that I had to leave.
Highlight of the night, Serge representing Boston Metal while all the metalcore homos were trying to do their gay pride shuffles. Nothing stopped him from fist pumping and headbanging to every song from every band.
