They used to have a thing called VDM sound which emulated a Sound blaster 16 or all DOS programs but they discontinued it in 2005. DOS Box is the only best option but I don't really like it. Windows' programmers should give you the ability to run any DOS program. |

Way to take a shitty support class and make it much deadlier. They are much more powerful now than they ever were before. -Medics ability to heal standing a few feet away. Back in the old days, us medics used to have to walk up a hill in the snow AND touch you to heal. None of this proximity shit. - Spy. Way to take the fun out of being a spy. Seriously. So much easier to fool the other team now and get cheap kills. - No nades. Seriously? Mo mirvs? No emps? Fuck is this shit? They also made the demoman a pretty weak unit. Demoman is my favorite TFC class but now the new one pales in comparison. There's so more but it's a fun game. They changed too many things which to me, still makes TFC a sacred mod and I will continue playing both |
| ___________________________________ [Aug 24,2010 9:43am - arktouros ""] every class has a specific niche. the demoman is powerful - he's the ONLY one with grenades, but you have to be a master to use him on the front line. and remember that rocket and grenade jumping is part of the game, demomen can reach higher altitudes than any other class. pyros became the main assault class. heavy/medic teams seem unstoppable but easy targets for a spy or pyro with a backburner. there are counters and counter-counters for every strat. |
