Meat Means Murder![views:5821][posts:62]_________________________________________ [Oct 19,2005 6:20pm - BobNOMAAMRooney ""] Same question about what animals are considered carnivores because cats are usually considered carnivores but they eat catnip and if you've ever shared a house with cats you know they'll eat just about any flowers you put out. I'm leaning toward there being no true carnivores or herbivores, that animals are capable of adapting and specializing to whatever food source is more available. And while yeah I get annoyed when some ALF douche is running their mouth about how a cheeseburger I'll eat once a month is going to kill me and causes unimagineable suffering I'm also sort of relieved that we're lucky enough to have a choice and are able to reject certain foods outright without having to worry about starving to death. Something tells me the Meat is murder arguement doesn't come up much in Sub-Saharan Africa. |
