The Time Lords BUILT the time vortex, just as they built the TARDIS, not the other way around. edit: also, hearts do matter, because the Time Lords ARE a race. They built the time vortex and the TARDIS in order to basically keep a watchful eye on the universe. River Song is a human. That's it for me, I don't know how else to say it. |
