| ___________________________________ [Apr 5,2004 11:10am - dreadkill ""] i agree with both of the last two posts. i grew up listening to sabbath, and totally bypassed punk for sabbath influenced metal. punk had alot of influence on thrash, but i think sabbath definitely made the most impact on metal as a whole. i agree with black metal being partly a descendant of punk, especially the attitude. |
