Nobody's making you give up every detail of your life... don't do any status updates, don't "like" any pages, it can be used as a chat feature much like AIM but online. |

And Facebook has helped me connect or reconnect with a few people and subsequently helped me do some really positive stuff with life, or at the very least stuff I needed to get out of the way. So despite how annoying it can be at times, there is that. |
