Also note that the forms to be printed and signed to be turned in with submissions cannot be downloaded at this time. They need to be copied and pasted for now. If you cannot format it to word properly e-mail me and i will send you the word document. I will have a PDF version of the forms to download up by the end of the day. Slight details may be changed as people notice anything i may have overlooked. Feel free to contact me in any way shape or form about anything regard this compilation. 40 bands initialy responded to the idea of the compilation if those same 40 bands follow through this will be the sickest compilation to date.
