In other words, you hire a guy who's 8 feet tall, and you say "wow, you're pretty tall!", if he has a problem with that he can sue you and win. My buddy lost his job at McDonalds 10 years ago because he grabbed the elbow of a girl who was talking to a friend and ignoring the customers, and he turned her towards the waiting customer. Yup, just her elbow, and for a half second, and for a totally justifiable reason. |
