Roommate Needed on South Shore[views:3492][posts:2]__________________________________ [Oct 6,2004 4:28pm - ArrowHead ""] Hey, I've been trying to find a roommate for a while on the South Shore. I've got a nice 2 bedroom condo in Plymouth. There's a living room, two bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath (the 1/2 is off the master bedroom), living room, kitchen, dining area etc... Dishwasher, Central A/C, Digital Cable, High Speed Internet, incredible view of a firelane from the huge 8X4 balcony, nice t.v., stereo, etc. All utilities included except phone, I use my cell so my landline is being disconnected. The apartment isn't huge, and it's a reaaally quiet building. I don't make a lot of noise, so it's not a problem for me, but the gay condo association fines you whenever people complain about noise. It's a really good neighborhood, safe area (two cops live in the building), about 5 minutes from the waterfront and beach, a short ride to the commuter rail, and close to rte 3. It's about 45 minutes to boston, 45 to providence. These units rent out for $1200 a month, plus utilities. I was originally looking for $650 a month, which is more than fair, but after searching forever I'm willing to drop the rent considerably for a good roommate. Must be responsible, and easygoing. I work a lot, and have band practices in boston, and a recording/rehearsal studio in Hanson, so I'm not really home a lot. I am however pretty nocturnal, so I stay up late.
