Therefore, I am not worried, I just think with all we have to do this is stupid. Scenario: You work at McDonalds. Your manager comes to you and says “every week I need you to fill this out, please account for” How much time you spent on cooking hamburgers How much time you spent on working the drive thru How much time you spent on making fries How much time you spent on mopping the floor How much time you spent on working the cash register And so on….. Pretty ridiculous, right It is just petty corporate bullshit. We are salary and get paid for 40 hours only, what about the 60+ hour work weeks we get stuck with and the on-call time where our personal lives is affected. There is nothing to account for that. |
