Retzam: Motorhead is metal in their attitude and because every fucking metalheads like them (well, almost), but otherwise it's a very loud rock band. Most of their influences are blues, I don't know if you ever listen to Inferno, that very last song "Whorehouse blues" they do it incredibly well... |

__________________________________________ [Dec 1,2004 12:03am - BestialOnslaught ""] There is a lot of Metal and Punk in MOTORHEAD, and I can understand why they could fall into either category, but overall I think Rock And Roll or Hard/Heavy Rock is the best way to describe them... Some riffs/songs are really heavy or punky, but they've pretty much stuck to a straight up Rock and Roll formula, the basic Blues Rock scales, etc. |
