To Joe notcommon... I agree that the suicide bombing is not only bad for their cause, its also bad becasue it kills innocent people. Whether pro palestinean or not, most people will agree that blowing up night clubs, bars, food shops, shopping malls, college cafaterias, and busses with people on their way to work and school, is wrong. The only people who disagree are extremists like those in Hamas, and white power morons who just like to see jews die. Most Palestineans are against killing civillians too. what you are wrong about is: 1. Ariel Sharon is not a convicted war criminal, he is an alleged war criminal. He has not yet been convicted or even brought on trial for those charges. 2. They didn't just start attacking isreal when Sharon came in power, either. Before Sharon was prime minister there was Ehud Barak. He risked his entire political carear for peace with the Palestineans. He drew up a peace plan that gave them 90+% of the land they wanted, and parts of jerusalem for their own country in exchange for peace. Arafat turned the deal down. It was the best deal they ever got and probably better than the one they will end up with in the end. Arafat even said he would agree to it if it was presented now. However, Sharon is not willing to give them as much as Barak was. They also had a deal with Prime minister Yitzhac Rabin that they broke with continued suicide attacks as well as with Shimon Peres, which they broke with continued suicide attacks. After all that, Sharon is the first Isreali leader to take this hard of a stance against them. And he is also the most succesful at stopping suicide attacks and at capturing and arresting or killing leaders of terrorist organizations. 3. YOu said they "replaced Palestine with Isreal." That never happened. Palestine was part of the Ottoman Empire and then part of the British Empire. It was never its own country. Palestineans are natives not only of where isreal is, but also jordan, sinai and the surrounding area. That whole region is part of the palestinean home land. The British split what is now Isreal into two countries originally: Palestine and Isreal. This was not good enough for the arab countries surrounding isreal, so they attacked isreal and lost. Palestineans were told they would win by other Arab countries, and when they lost the war, they lost everything. They now had no home land, and the other Arab countries were not sympathetic at all. Jordan kicked out thousands of palestineans including Arrafat, Syria would not let them stay in syria, and egypt would not help them either. The only place they had to go was back to isreal or lebanon. Isreal was one of the only countries that still allowed Palestineans to live there, and it still is. 4. Also Churchill did not come up with the idea for Isreal. The Jews did. And to Inexorable... Its ironic, and it shows how under-thought your thinking is, when you say you would kill people who stole your land and killed your family. The irony is, that you say that as if it was AGAINST the jews... yet thats what happened to the jews in europe during WWII. Many Jews' entire families were killed by the Nazis and all of them lost their homes. So are you saying they have the right to kill the Germans and the Poles and the Italians and the Spanish for taking their homes away and putting them in the hands of the Nazis to be killed? I don't think you're thinking things out before you say them. You just say things you have heard others say. And the protocols of Zion? Which copy did you read? The one that the Arayans spread around for propaganda use or the real one written by Herzel? i think i know the answer. And i doubt you have ever read the talmud either. Only quotes taken out of context by white power leaders. It was written in hebrew. DO you read hebrew? No you don't. So you can't quote something you haven't read.
