What's so bad about the REEFER?[views:5623][posts:8]________________________________ [Jan 5,2005 1:39am - pisscup ""] OK, so I'm at the High on Fire show at the palladium last thursday. As soon as we got there we smoked up in the parking lot behind the venue. We got some shit from some random security/bouncer/doorman guy so we split. We get to the door and my friend gets such a thorough shakedown that door dude finds a roach in his pocket and confiscates it. Not just looking for weapons and hookers anymore I guess. My other friend had a single spike/stud thing on his hat, he was told to remove it. I get to the door, drunk, stoned, spiked bracelet, pocket knife, and my pig ring on. I walk right in without any trouble except for the usual don't smoke inside bullshit, weed intact. As soon as I get upstairs I realize that High on Fire is already on, so I plow my way up front for a better view and commence to lighting the REEFER. I'm banging my head, smoking my dope with the guy on my left, minding my own business and some random dude, not a bouncer, tells me that I "better put that out, really", so I put it out cuz I didn't want this dude to call the cops on me or whatever. For the rest of the show this fella is staring me down like he wants to FIGHT ME for smoking a joint at a High on Fire show. What the hell is going on here? Has the world gone mad? Should I check into rehab? I can't tell who's on my team anymore. |
