Im pretty convinced that this is never going to happen. Ive been searching high and low for a band my singer and I can join or start to form, and it SUCKS. There is nobody out there. I just want to play out again for fuck's sake. Im totally losing it without my band. Somebody find me 2 guitarists and a sick ass drummer to play some death metal with me and my goofy ass singer.

Sympathy? Empathy? Anyone? Bueller?

yeah trying to get a band together does blow. personally, i pretty much gave up trying. i don't have enough patience for it. it's fun to jam sometimes, but i can't afford to devote myself to a band that's not going to go anywhere. whatever, good luck with your band though!

Have you tried craigslist? That's how I finally garnered the musicians for the band I've been trying for SEVEN YEARS to put together.

it's also not over once you get the band together, it can be an endless struggle cause then you have to get them in the same room at the same time haha
