So i got my results in the mail. So according to my results i am overwieght (195lbs) Goal is 140-148. Fucking dead christ, in 6', if i was 140lbs i would be tiny. I have high stress level - i allready knew that. Blue cross wisdom- "when anger surfaces, work on it by doing constructive" what the fuck is constructive? im still gonna be pissy whether i wash dishes or sit in front of the PC. Wow thats really helpfull blus cross! My life satisfaction rates as Poor life balance. i need to "think positive".:yoda: I dont even drink that much and they say my booze goal is 0-2 drinks a day.:thescream: So i pay $20 a week for health inssurance and have them rub my short commings in my face.:doublehorns: |
