TRAUMA CONCEPT TOUR - SUMMER 2003

Trauma Concept will be embarking on this summer's tour on July 8th kicking things off in NH, running the metal rampant through new england & down the east coast, across the south, to return to the always welcoming midwest, and back home to new england by Aug. 4th! Tour dates are still being announced, you can find updates at www.TraumaConcept.com

Since the inception of their debut independent full-length release, "The End of Denial" [recorded by Adam D. of KillSwitch Engage (Roadrunner Records recording artist)], the band has been a non-stop powerhouse of touring, gaining themselves a nationwide fanbase. With performances at large festivals such as GWAR-B-Que (w/Lamb Of God & GWAR) in Virginia, Milwaukee MetalFest (w/Exodus, Arch Enemy, Hate Eternal) in Wisconsin, & Locobazooka (w/Black Label Society, Hatebreed, Disturbed) in their home state of Massachusetts, Trauma Concept has proven their ability to win over and "own" crowds of any size. Combine these accomplishments with constant touring of the east coast & midwest, and the fact that the band has only been around for a year and a half, and you can plainly see that Trauma Concept is unarguably one of the hardest working and fast-paced bands beating down the underground metal path! Surely one to keep your eyes and ears on!

Containing members originally from Texas, New York, and Massachusetts, this Framingham, MA based metal band has fused all of the separate influences into one original, focused, attack. The result is the double bass assault of Derek Jay on drums; ranging vocals that go from low end growls, to higher screams, to melodic clean vocals of frontman Jesse Preston; John Jones's guitar riffs that go from blistering speeds to down right brutal breakdowns; and newly added Max Lavelle (formerly of Goratory, Compost Pile & Twisted Sacrafice) handling the technical speed & damaging rumble of the bass; thus creating their own distinct sound that Boston's SoundCheck Magazine describes as "..potent, throbbing, enormously heavy music."
