Atlanta was going nowhere this year so obviously they had nothing to lose by dumping him. But Payton wanted to go west, so we'll have to see what happens there. Other than that, we really didnt give up anything major, and got a really good player in Walker. Welsch never really played that much here, so its not like he'll be missed. I am suprised that we went for Antoine though, given the fact that we traded him away not too long ago. Sports is a crazy business. This is gonna do wonders for my fantasy hoops teams though. I have Walker and he will do great here in Boston. I also have Al Harrington, who will now be like the main man in Atlanta. |
