Social D pics (backyard babies and street dogs) from sold out Boston show[views:1571][posts:7]___________________________________ [Feb 25,2005 11:07am - succubus ""] all pics: http://www.defyunlearn.com/photos.php?date...2005-02-22&band=Social%20Distortion samples: [img] [img] [img] [img] this show reminded me a lot of the first time i saw social d...mainly due to some members of the crowd..that=awesome backyard babies...from stolkholm sweden, no..not death metal! singer reminded me of axel rose due to his bandana. they also dedicated a song to canadian border..guess they ran into issues and missed a show....canadian border fails us again!!! street dogs, local boys..sooo many people there for them...featuring a member who used to be in the dropkick murphy's they had a ton of energy as did the crowd...after my 3 songs i stood on the side watching and a guy wearing a socidal d jacket told me to stand in front of him for a better view....so i did....then he told me not too worry, that if any tall guy got in my way, he would get the shit kicked out of him... that reminded me of old social d shows...anyhow..fun show but soo packed, right before it ended i snuck out the side stage door therefore missing the merch booth and didn't buy anything or give out any stickers i think next time i'm going to request an after show or at least an interview with mike....last time i met him...he was so awesome....but now that i got their latest cd sent to me...i need that autographed thanks, carina |
