Requirements: No hardcore tuff guys No straight edge assholes (i dont care if youre straight edge but dont be an asshole about it) No partys (its a fucking practice space, not your basement) Clean up after yourself (The space is pretty nice and we'd like to keep it that way) Must be able to pay rent 1st of every month, no exceptions Must be able to keep with a regular practice schedule so we're not stepping on each others toes for practice days No fucking drama I honestly dont care what kind of band youre in, as long as you can comply with those requirements we'lll get along just fine. The space has great sound and carpeted walls. The building itself is pretty obscure and doesnt look as though it holds a great deal of expensive sound equipment so your shit will be safe. Besides theres a couple of locked and bolted doors you have to get through to get to our space anyways so yea. Let me know if anyone is interested. |
