I'm interested in playing in something with more of a thrash or melodic death influence than super brutal death metal, but I'm pretty open to whatever. I'm also into BM and more technical stuff. I could even get down with some symphonic shit, just as long as it's got fast. I can also do grim or clean vox, but I'd rather not have to handle them by myself - I really want to progress as a bass player right now, and that kinda gets in the way. I've got equipment (Dean bass, a 350W power amp with a SansAmp DI box and a 15" Carvin cab), transportation, and I've been playing for 12 years. I'm willing to travel some, but the closer you are to Woonsocket, the better. I'm 26, so it'd probably be good if you weren't all 18. (The priorities are a little different. Plus I don't own any white belts.) And please, no metalcore, I'm just not interested. My influences include Cliff Burton, Steve Harris, Alex Webster, Tyr (Emperor/Satyricon/Borknagar), Eric Langlois, and Peter Steele.
