We are located in NE Massachusetts, the Methuen/Lawrence area. The present band members are 30, 28, and 30. All are present or former members of bands like December Wolves, Dungeonbat, Serpent Eclipse, Backstabbers Inc, and Ironhide. We generally rehearse on Saturday afternoons. Our influences include Exodus, Slayer, Znowhite, Coroner, Razor, Venom, Pestilence, Kreator, Destruction, Celtic Frost, Desaster, Hellhammer, Artillery, Deathrow, early Sepultura and Obituary, and countless others. This is not a Swedish-style 'thrash' band, which seems to be in lately. This is the real deal, oldschool. No excessive melodies, no million dollar production values, just filthy, pummeling speed metal. We are looking for someone, preferably 21+ who is serious to play this style of music. Oldschoolers are more than welcome. No addicts, no rock star type kids who want overnight success, noone who is just playing oldschool stuff to be all ironic, and no devout Christians (we have very anti-Christian themes in our lyrics and you just won't like it, what can I say). We do not care if you are black, white, pin-striped, purple, male or female, just as long as you are serious. All of us are in other bands like December Wolves and Spelunkr, so if you have another band that's fine, as long as you are willing to commit the time and energy to this band also. Other requirements: _ transportation. _ equipment, at least good enough to practice, and willing to upgrade later for lives. _ backing vocals might be cool, we'll see about that. _ somewhat technical skill, you don't need to be Steve DiGiorgio but it would be cool if you can play that bass something fierce and write some great, creative lines.
