The New England Punk, Goth, and Metal Festival - an amalgamation of the underground....promoting unity through diversity in an effort to maintain the regional independent music scene in the Northeast.
Organized by Anderson Mar (Dark Sky/New England Darksidewalkers/vocalist for Gallows Hill) and Matthew Marchesi (Spaz-Tik Ltd./bassist for Gallows Hill), with the help of Adam from Mongrel (http://www.mongrelband.com) and Jack Phoenix (our video team director), as well as countless others whose efforts are greatly appreciated and lauded.
Our national headliners: Bella Morte, Dr. Chud's X-Ward, Trash Light Vision, and Sardonica!

we were supposed to play this, and were hoping some real metal bands would get on it, but we had to back out, due to financing our recording and not being sure if there would be any metal headliners. judging from the headliners for it, we definitely wouldn't have fit with the lineup and made the right decision in declining to play. i wish there would have been more metal bands booked, but regardless, i hope this show is successful because anderson rules and is one of our favorite local promoters. she is a really nice person and goes the extra mile to promote the bands she works with, so hopefully more RTTP bands will book shows with her in the future. i know we will. good luck with the fest.

This sound really NOT metal. Goth kids and metal kids together, hah, whatever, and mix them up with punk kids. Theres not a metal band on this. Metal what?- nu-metal, extreme metal, thrash???

Why are you all bashing someone who is just trying to help local bands? Granted there arent alot of metal bands on the bill at the moment, but it is open to metal bands, its up to them to go and be on it. Seriously its not like this guy is asking bands to front 6g and sell millions of tickets like Locopazooka(probably got that name wrong) and all that other stuff around here that says they are just meaning to help local bands when they are really out to take all of their money.
The guy is trying to put on a festival show open all kinds of metal bands and other styles around here without asking for much and he gets flamed... lame.
