| __________________________________ [Aug 14,2005 8:42am - malettey ""] i thought i made up a really cool riff in like 10th or 11th grade....later, when i first obtained a mayhem CD, i realized my riff was the fast riff in "the freezing moon". then recently, i came up with this cool sounding melodic black metal riff, sounded very familiar, then realized it was a riff from some old gorgoroth song that i don't know the title of.....it is kinda depressing, because you think "hey, this riff is awesome i can't believe i came up with this" and you feel good about yourself only to later discover someone else copyrighted "your" music already! |
