HAHA, I've been through that with Comcast too many times, usually I'm on hold for 30~45 minutes at best, then when I finally get through, they're like "oh, this isn't the right department, let us transfer you" and I proceed to be stuck on hold for another 25~35 minutes...

that happens all the fucking time. no one at these places knows what the fuck is going on.
