Terry Kath was like the white Jimi Hendrix (even Jimi said he was awesome), Peter Cetera is a waaay underrated bass player, Danny Seraphine was the sickest drummer ever. Me and Seth saw Chicago a few years ago and for no reason at all we got upgraded to front row seats. We snuck in a bunch of booze and were basically behaving like we were at a Slayer show. A bouncer comes up to us and I thought we were going to get kicked out, but instead I hear "Would you guys like to sit in front?" I guess they wanted to fill the front row with people who were really into it. After that we really went nuts. I kept throwing the horns every time a member of Chicago came near me. They didn't know what the fuck that was all about. |
