I would not make the base rules because I am not a scientist and if you would take a closer look I said Meritocracy would eliminate false belief systems like nazism which I feel would never work. Meritocracy works in favor of nature and human evolution and that you cannot argue so you try and make silly insults in order to discredit. I do not think the majority of people would be in favor of this sort of idea but I do think it will stir up a ton of controversy so for that reason I am really going to push it . For your info, all systems of government (and all wars) benefit somebody at someone elses expense so this system of government (democracy) is really no different in that sense. The real difference is the weaklings get the special priveledge while the truth is scorned. Nature will take its course either way so I guess it does not matter. Who determines what gets put on the aptitude tests?
