He wears the same exact red shirt and red sweatpants outfit 365 days a year. Then, at ANY GIVEN TIME, he is wearing from 8-12 pairs of sunglasses. He explained to me that the government has satelites that read minds, and the sunglasses reflect the rays making him invisible to the government. The really creepy part is if you let him tell you about it, he's actually got all the science behind his story DOWN! He almost makes it believeable.
