meh. speilberg tried to tackle too many issues. the movie ended up dragging because it was way longer than neccesary, and since each issue he tackles is huge in and of itself (terrorism, isreal vs palestine, ends justify the means?) he never really deals fully enough with any of them. meh. definitely wasnt bad, but i wouldnt call it briliiant

Not a Spielberg fan.Hes overated in my opinion.Clive Barker and John Carpenter make WAY better movies.

i saw this today and wasn't really feeling it...i agree with themoor that he left the overabundance of issues not fully dealt with and as well, didn't really need the attacks in munich as a starting point for the characters he was trying to portray; after all, the film was more character study than historical fiction. i feel as though, and i can say this as a jew, that spielberg is way too entitled in his filmmaking. how dare he show golda meir as supporting terrorism in any way?

and it was way too long...fuck that shit.
