Your best bet would probably be a band from NY or Philly, everywhere else might be too far.
I think Municipal Waste is in Europe that weekend.
You could try for someone like Unearthly Trance, or even WetNurse or Biolich from NYC. Rumpelstiltskin Grinder from Philly maybe, or one of the bands off worldeater.
