Justin Broadrick is the most underrated musician of all time. he has done countless projects, but Godflesh is by far the greatest. from 1988 until 2001 he released album after album of sheer brilliance. the sound mutated from album to album, sometimes slow melodic guitar work, sometimes pounding sludge industrial. my personal favorite album would have to be either Streetcleaner or Pure. they are the ultimate stoner band. |
