If this "big" one was mentioned just this week, then it's someone other than Hatebreed. [And on a Roadrunner-related side note: Dragonforce inked a US deal with Roadrunner the same time as the Hatebreed signing. So the gay was balanced out with sufficient awesomeness.] |

Its only about $$$$ like any biz they treat bands as investments only. They need their "products" (aka bands) to make them money. Bands on that label will never see a penny from royalties. They are owned by Def Jam and WB i think. Cees Weesles CEO is a strickt biz man and he is only looking for bands that will be on the radio. Killswitch Engage is going that direction, Trivium, blah blah. |
