I've had neighbors call the cops on the guy down the street for playing bagpipes, they werent' too loud but audible for blocks. They showed, and he shut up, there was nothing he could do about it. My advice: splurge on a jamspace or at least soundproof the fuck out of your bedroom to muffle drum frequencies, treble, etc, the shit that usually bothers people. |
