My mom saw the Yardbirds. I was bugging her for info about it. From what I could gather it was '67 or '68, when Jimmy Page was in the band. That's it. My parents weren't "cool kids" apparently. Although my mom took me to several awesome shows when I was too young to go by myself. My mom has seen Kiss twice, she saw Iron Maiden on the Powerslave tour. She saw Metallica with Cliff. A few others too. I had a girlfriend who's parents met at a ZZ Top show in the 70's. |
