Boltthrower is one of my alltime favorite bands, saw them in 94' with Benediction and La Gritona Middle East Downstairs. 5 people paid then.

I'm no "marketing person" but I think that while EA and Hirudinea would kill, they would also draw from the same crowd since they are from a similar group of fans. I think that EA would fit better with the music, but hirudinea would get more people to come (granted most of said people are fans of BT and would come anyhow). if would think that a band to get the people up from RI for this show would be the best bet, but what do I know.

If I'm playing with Bolt Thrower, I can probably draw 30+. Keep in mind, EA has barely had any chances to get bigger audiences, we haven't gotten thrown on any gigs with nationals or gotten to play in any but a few venues.
Not that I don't appreciate those venues though, it has ruled so far and Alex has been a great help.

Well the thing is, most of the people I will advertise a show to have that "Oh yeah, well I'll see you the next time mentality" b/c we're a local band. If I got to play with a band like, say, Demilich or Bolt Thrower, a lot more fucking people are bound to go
