I think it has.The Palladium has gone to shit over the last couple of years.In my opinion they've only had a handful of good shows since 2005.And the upcoming shows there are all crap.Heres whos coming to Mark's however:

Idk if it was on this forum or another one but I believe I read that Deicide are coming there also in the fall.

I like it despite:
1. No Moshing
2. Expensive drinks
The tickets are pricey, but what are going to do? if the headliners require a high flat fee to play, they got to bankroll cash somehow. Same price as The Bombshelter used to be and it's a cleaner atmosphere.

it's 2006; i think "old school" is a pretty vague term now, i think technically, you could call nu-metal "old school", that whole movement started about 12-13 years ago! Metallica's "load" album is 10 years old now, could we now call it "old school metallica"? it's a different style than what they play now - i think it makes sense.
i'd say we have about 30 years worth of old school bands, how far are we going with this term?

Old school-70,80s,early 90s Metal or bands that have that a good,real metal sound them to them.(i.e Thrash,Death Metal,Grindcore,Classic Metal)
