Not noise, just absolutely insane, technical, electro, that these guys put a lot of time and creativity into.
It's just as good as Darkthrone. And you know I don't say that lightly
Speaking of Darkthrone, how about Neptune Towers? Fantastic dark ambient side project by Fenris.
As for Noise, there is a lot of great shit too.
