Im really fast now but I want to increase my stamina and endourance. I figure some good exercises could really help. |

Kevin Talley has a video/DVD as well, but being that I have it and have seen it, I can't really recommend it for your specific purpose. It didn't really say much that would drastically affect your playing, but it is an interesting take on how he plays and also has his entire Slayer audition session. Also, mOe and metalguy are right, the best method of building strength, speed and advanced technique is practice, a couple hours a day on pads with NO rebound. You have to overwork your hands and feet to get them to respond faster on real gear. Think kick pedal against the couch with a pillow in front, and drumming on a shitty old remo practice pad, running through rudimentary exercises for a couple hours a day. |

I'm sure there are books on this alone, so I won't get into it on here- but it's a huge part of 'extreme' metal drumming. |
