If he signed a doc. requiring him to pay it back in a shorter term, the rate would've been lower. As such, there are laws to protect consumer against this. If the buyer agrees to the terms set by the lender, so too the lender agrees by default. SO, if they called his mortgage, he wasn't paying it. |
