I'm not really swayed either way but I thought I might as well see what he has in mind. I have been thinking about buying a house anyway...just not necessarily this soon. The location is great but it's an older place with some problems. Anyway, does anyone here own their place? Good or bad experiences? |
| __________________________________ [Jul 2,2006 11:01am - succubus ""] well you need to look into your finances i started off buying a townhouse sold it a year later and made out...then i bought a house...sold it 3 yrs later and mde out and now aaron and i live in a townhouse and own it financially it makes more sense but i'd stay away from really old homes unless you can do the repairs yourself (if they need a lot of work) since you live there, get all the property info and do your research. |
