| __________________________________ [Oct 20,2003 3:31pm - succubus ""] 2 years ago i was driving my car on route 44...it's 1 way each direction....i was going about 50 miles an hour (yes i was speeding, limit was 40) and then i see an old man getting on route 44 going the opposite direction of me....then all of a sudden he swirved his car RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME going the wrong way...so basically I honked my horn, veered to the right to go off the road and the moron did the same. Lucky for me I had my seatbelt on...my car was totalled but i wasn't although i got pretty banged up...the old man trying running off in his car and i was in shock and other cars blocked him....then he tried getting out of his car and running....and people stopped him...turns out he was 80 years old and he was in a lot of trouble.... i think when you turn a certain ago it should be mandatory to retake your driver's license test. |

I got into a car accident back in Feb 2000, and only going at about 45 mph I busted my head open, lost my front teeth, messed up my neck and shoulder, lacerated my liver open, broke 4 ribs, punctured my lung, bruised my spleen and shattered my hip. That was only 45 mph, so just imagine what 80 mph can do. |

I can make it from Pawtucket to Haverhill in an hour if no one gets in my way. driving fast is metal. |

| _________________________________________ [Oct 20,2003 9:42pm - baneofexistence ""] i've been in 3 flip overs 1 rolled at least 5 to 6 times on rt128 totaled my dodge ram and damn near totaled me, weird thing is i walked out of it before collapsing on the side of the highway one other was a head on with a camero we were in a full size bronco you do the math i have no idea how many rools we did but i do know the removable top came off and the kid in the back was over 30 feet away from the wreck he got 11 stiches in his head(= 25000$ from the other guys insurence their driver was drunk) me and the other guy walked out of it with a few scrapes and no $ the other was on a snowy x mas day i lost controle and put it on the roof walked out of that one too all together i have had at least 12 accidents driving fast is stupid i blame car companys for speed related deaths and accidents cause they make the cars go fast and theres no need for it cars are for transportaton not a dragway thats what nascar is all about you wanna speed buy a race car you wanna get from point A to Z alive do it smart don't speed |
