Catalyst was about 20 times better than the last time I saw them. Carnivore was fucking incredible, I am still stained with fake blood. I managed to be totally smashed by the time they came on, thanks to Nick Nihilist, George, Laurel and Laurel's awesome friend for buying me beers in rapid succession. I DEFINATELY have the 12 beer headache, it fucking hurts. We actually met random dudes from New Bedford outside. One of them looked at George and said "hey, don't you work at Stop & Shop?" A lot of "ay guy" and "woah guy"s were flying. I think I full on face-pushed one of them during the last song which is why my hand is totally red. When we misplaced Mr Nihilist, we went to the pizza shop. I didn't eat (mistake) but did manage to get "shhhhhhh"d about 5 times by some little bald guy and participate in a rowdy Bard Song singalong which further upset the little bald guy. Good times. I'm going to swallow a bottle of ibuprofin now. |

From getting hit in the face with a piece of watermelon thrown by Peter Steele during Kill All the White People at the end of Seventh Voids set to all of Carnivore's set. Amazing night, good times had by all. When I woke up with morning i still had red blood stains on my clothes and skin, fake blood and watermelon in my hair. It was a blast regardless of the long drive there and home it took. Definitely worth the money that was spent. |

Definitely worth the money that was spent. that was fucking hysterical. this was one of the loudest shows i have ever been too. it was incredible, however the only thing i didnt really like was the guy playing guitar who thought he was in Mudvayne. i dont think he fully grasped just what he was doing, playing guitar for the almighty Carnivore. otherwise it was great, a very personal show. |
