Ex hatebreed guitarist dead[views:28011][posts:38]____________________________________ [Sep 14,2006 6:38pm - PoopsMcgee ""] HATEBREED has issued the following statement regarding the passing of its former guitarist Lou "Boulder" Richards: "As many of you may have heard, and we were sorry to learn, our former guitar player Lou 'Boulder' Richards passed away yesterday. It is very unfortunate that he could not see any other way to conquer his demons. We hope he has finally found some peace. Our hearts go out to Vera and his family and friends." Richards appeared on the group's "Satisfaction is the Death Of Desire" (1997) and "Perseverance" (2002) albums before leaving the band in May of 2002. HATEBREED earlier in the year welcomed guitarist Frank "3 Gun" Novinec (TERROR, RINGWORM, INTEGRITY) into the fold on second guitar. Novinec made his recording debut with the group on the band's latest CD, "Supremacy", which came out last month on Roadrunner Records. rip |
