| _________________________________________ [Sep 20,2006 4:31pm - SacreligionNLI ""] yeah a pitch shifter...i don't think they make em as to where they change to an exact tuning per string(except for maybe a roland guitar synth, they're pretty elaborate and come with a special pickup that allows you to assign a diffrent effect to each string) i do know that most multi-effects processors have pitch shifters of different values, -1 octave, +1 octave, random values in between |

Take Standard E tuning for example with a basic power chord. Then with a switch of a pedal change it to like Drop D and the pedal would convert it to a cord similar to that Standard E power chord in Drop D and so on. |
